It seems that every hour the news bulletins remind us of the worsening economic conditions, especially the condition of the stock market. But in the midst of the gloom and doom there is hope and opportunity. Unlike the stock market, prudent real estate investments made today can be a safe haven. The bad news is that millions of families have been forced out of their homes by foreclosure; the good news is that most of those families can still afford to rent if they can find suitable rental homes. |
